Generally the chance of conducting ICET Examination will be given on a rotation basis by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. ICET 2003 is conducted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE).
